Shipping & Returns

Two tracked DHL options are offered at checkout: DHL GoGreen — €19.90, estimated 7–14 business days; and DHL Express — €59.90, estimated 3–5 business days. Both are flat rates and ship from Germany.

Orders are dispatched once your bank transfer is received and matched to your payment reference. A DHL tracking link is emailed when your parcel ships. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

All parcels are shipped in discreet, unbranded, light-protected packaging to preserve the reference materials in transit.

Because of the nature of the products (sealed reference materials for laboratory use), sales are generally final once dispatched. If a shipment arrives damaged or is materially not as described, contact support within 14 days with your order reference and photographs; we will review and resolve each case individually. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights that may apply.
